GSOF message: Event Markers

This message describes the Event marker information. It contains the following data:

Event Marker information (Type 51 record)

Field	Item	Type	Value	Meaning
0	Output record type	Char	33h	Event marker information output record
1	Record length	Char	0Fh	Bytes in record
2	Event port	Char	1 or 2	Indicates which event port the event was captured at
3 to 4	GPS week number	Short	week	GPS week when the event occurred
5 to 12	GPS time	Double	seconds	GPS second when the event occurred
13 to 16	Event number	Long		Event numbers are U16 and will not use the full range
