About the BD940-INS Inertial receiver module

The Trimble BD940-INS receiver module (also referred to as a receiver) contains the BD940 GNSS receiver module but with a very tight and reliable integration of inertial sensors.

Taking advantage of Trimble’s expertize in both GNSS and Inertial technology, the Trimble BD940-INS receiver module has been designed for applications requiring continuous centimeter accuracy in a compact package. By integrating inertial sensors on the same module, robust high-accuracy positions are produced in all environments. A simple intuitive web interface and interface protocol allows a variety of dynamic models to be supported.
