USB OTG
Applicable receivers: BD9250
The host CPU has an integrated USB 2.0 OTG PHY. Therefore, the BD9250 receiver module can act as a USB host or device through the USB0 port.
In Device mode, the system can act in full (12 Mbit/s) or high (480 Mbit/s) speed. The unit detects that the ID pin is high (pulled high by default if not connected) to go into Device mode. The user can communicate to the unit through the virtual serial port.
To act in Host mode, the unit detects the ID pin tied to GND. At this moment, the unit outputs +5 V on the USB_VBUS pin to possibly power an external device. The USB_VBUS will output +5 V +2/-6% with max 500 mA.
