Power output specification

The DC output for the antenna is generated from a boost regulator and switched with a power switch. The antenna output is rated to 5 V and can source a maximum of 150 mAmps.

Short-circuit protection

The antenna has a PTC with a hold current of 350 mA that limits the output current and provides short circuit protection.
